At Atwater, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label sent to your email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
